Personal Fitness

Description

In this Personal Fitness course, students participate in weekly cardiovascular, flexibility, strength and endurance activities. Students who are unable to participate in such physical exercises will be unable to complete the requirements of this course. Students who have physical limitations that prevent them from participating in physical activity should consider enrolling in “Fitness Lifestyle Design” or “Health Opportunities through Physical Education” which are more adaptable for students with physical limitations. This course is one semester but can be repeated to meet PE graduation requirements.
